Unpublished; or: Sometimes You Just Don't Hit The Target
Bad timing here. In yesterday's SALEM NEWS there was a front page story about Salem residents opposing a gun selling business opening up in their neighborhood, so I drew up this cartoon and sent it in. this morning, the paper's headline was that the owner of the gun business decided he wouldn't open in that area after all. So that makes any chance of seeing this cartoon in print pretty moot, though given the political climate these days, I couldn't help imagining what could've happened had this situation played on…

Salem News: Lesson Of The Day
The City of Salem, in order to re-establish the accreditation of the struggling Bentley school, is considering 'privatizing' the running of grades 3-up by putting the Blueprint corporation in charge of running the classes. A lot of parents- and the teacher's union- aren't too happy. My cartoon from the 05/12/2014 SALEM NEWS.
