A Public Service Announcement From Baskerville the Hound
Baskerville was a muppet originally partnered with Rowlf the Dog for Purina Dog Chow commercials. This is based on one of those commercials during which he prefers eating asparagus over dog chow. Maybe his veterinarian made him vegetarian.

Dirty Frank
I was responding to a post about early PBS, and this character somehow popped in my head. This is DIRTY FRANK, the sole puppet character that appeared on a locally produced TV series (WZBZ channel 5, Boston) called JABBERWOCKY. I think Frank was meant to be like a combination of Oscar and Big Bird, as he was the cheery child-like character, but he lived in a chimney, (on set, not a roof) never bathed and liked filth, and spoke with a deep, gruff voice. This is how I remember him looking.

Salem News: Mileage Tax
The Massachusetts State legisature is seriously considering a "Mileage Tax" bill that would require drivers to have a special GPS in their car to track their mileage. The more they drive, the more they pay. My cartoon from the 09/23/2015 SALEM NEWS.
