Salem News: Mileage Tax

The Massachusetts State legisature is seriously considering a "Mileage Tax" bill that would require drivers to have a special GPS in their car to track their mileage. The more they drive, the more they pay. My cartoon from the 09/23/2015 SALEM NEWS.

Salem News: Open Government Proposal

There is an "Open Government Proposal" bill currently in consideration in Massachusetts that would allow the public access and knowledge of legislative records, votes, and "closed-door" meetings. Naturally, many Massachusetts Legislators are not too thrilled about letting the voters know how they do their wheelings and dealings.
