Salem News: Fowl Litigation

Of all things, a Salem couple brought an injunction over their next door neighbors against the CHICKENS they've been keeping in their back yard.
The neighbors brought in the zoning board, who ruled in their favor as the chickens were pets, and also got the support of many of their OTHER neighbors, and quite a few chicken lovers as well. The couple who didn't want the neighbors to keep chickens finally brought the matter to court , hoping the court would grant the injunction. The court results are below, and given the subject matter, the take I drew on it would be obvious. My cartoon from the 08/15/2014 SALEM NEWS:
