Salem News: Massachusetts State Lottery Ad Campaign
With Massachusetts' first casino approaching reality, the State Lottery Commission is worried about the competition taking away from ticket sales and is considering pre-emptive options aimed towards the public. My cartoon as appeared in the 01/30/2015 SALEM NEWS.
