Update: Muppetfest Paperweights

This is an update to an earlier post. Several months ago, I posted artwork for a series of glass paperweights that were given to Muppet performers who had participated in MUPPETFEST. I just found the one for Steve Whitmire's.

Onomatopoeia

Here's an obscure one: This is the ONOMATOPOEIA, a puppet character from an 1971 ABC-TV Saturday Morning show called CURIOSITY SHOP, which was produced by famed Warner Brothers animation director CHUCK JONES, and was basically his version of SESAME STREET, though instead of letters and numbers, the emphasis was more on imagination and ideas. Jones also used the show to promote non-Saturday morning type animation.
