Sheldon the Sea-Genie
Sheldon the sea-genie from SIGMUND AND THE SEA MONSTERS. Muppets aside, This caricature of Rip Taylor in green makeup and tights, running around in swim fins and tossing confetti out of a seashell has to be one of the strangest things I've ever drawn.
