Myth-Information: The Lost Issue

Some time ago, I posted a lot of art I did for the MYTH ADVENTURES (from the novels by the late Robert Asprin) fan club zine, MYTH INFORMATION. Going thru the vast piles of junk that passes for a filing system, I ran across this issue which I thought I had lost. In a way, this is the most special issue I had contributed to, for it was double-sized, and Brin and Kevin let me have several pages doing fan-based art of the recently-published MYTH-NOMERS and IM-PERVECTIONS. Here is all my art from that issue in its (technincal) glory. (Text segments were written by the lovely "Ms. Mythfit", Brin-Marie Landerman) This is also the issue that finally got me interested enough to finally start attending conventions, which brang a lot of needed happiness into my life.

Myth Adventures Fan Club Part 3

Promotional Material with my cartoons for the MYTH ADVENTURES fan club. The first is a party poster from an Arizona convention, The others, however, are from NOREASCON 3, 1989, (The northeast branch of Worldcon) which was actually held in Boston, and I was actually able to attend and help out on the membership table. The second three photos are a series of party leaflets which I geared towards Boston, and the last 'Tea Party" drawing, to my surprise, was actually used for the cover of the convention's fanzine, W.O.O.F (The Worldcon Order Of Faneditors)

Myth Adventures Fan Club Part 2

Here's a second batch of my art from the Myth Adventures fan club newsletter,
MYTH INFORMATION, covering the three final issues, 15, 16, and 17..And of course, God forbid if I didn't manage to sneak a Muppets reference in there somehow!

Myth Adventures Fan Club Part1

Back in the Day, I was an avid fan of the novels and comics of the late Robert Asprin's MYTH ADVENTURES series to the point I joined the official fan club (run by Kevin Standlee and Brin-Marie Landerman) and became a "Mythfit" contributing cartoons to the club newsletter "Myth-Information" (You see a pattern here?) I still have some of these and this first batch come from issues #6, 10, 11, and 14. Don't mind the addresses, I doubt they'd be legit after twenty years.
