FW Webb, a local business here in Salem, wants to build an expansion in an adjacent area, but the lot is zoned residential and possibly contaminated. There have been many meetings and rezoning efforts, as well as concern and petitions from area neighborhoods. things, however, have gotten to a boiling point where there has been cases of harassment and downright hostility amongst opponents and proponents to feudal proportions.
